been unable to find your answer online, please feel free to give

We offer free advanced feature
training weekly.. just send us a request to
customerservice@exitwriter.com.
We provide 24 X 7 support.
Telephone support can be obtained Monday through Friday, 8 AM
to 5 PM PST. After hours and other times
(including weekend and holidays) support will be provided on a
call-back basis. When calling after hours, you may leave a
message if your request is non-urgent, or dial the pager #
mentioned in the voicemail message - customer service will get
right back to you. Our technical support team uses Blackberry
service so you can email non-urgent questions or
messages to
customerservice@exitwriter.com .
