Title Screen: Title Menu: Edit Instruction

Exit-Writer is shipped with two Title Lists:

Original Title List: This contains the instruction set distributed by Parker Hill Associates. This cannot be modified, although you can print from this list. This list permits you to recover the original document after changes have been made by the user.

User Title List: This is the list that should be loaded on the Title Screen for normal use. This represents a duplicate of the Original Title List but this list can be permanently modified by the user when in Manager Mode using the Edit Instruction function.

TEMPORARY EDITS

This feature allows temporary edits to an instruction document in the Original or User Title List. This edit applies only to this one print session. All changes are lost after the files have printed. Any user can make a temporary edit.

PERMANENT EDITS

With Manager Mode turned on, you may edit any instruction in the User Title List. Once edited, the changes remain in place permanently. The Original Title List cannot be edited. The editing functions are similar to a standard word processor. Permanent edits can only be made in Manager Mode.
