The Title List contains all instruction topics arranged into three categories:
ILLNESS & INJURY
MEDICATIONS
TREATMENTS & MISC
Within each category titles are listed in alphabetical order.
Common synonyms are included (e.g., Ankle Sprain, Sprained Ankle).
ILLNESS & INJURY:
This category includes all illness and injury diagnoses.
Synonyms are employed to simplify location of titles.
MEDICATION:
This category includes commonly prescribed medication with generic and brand
names included.
TREATMENT & MISCELLANEOUS:
This category includes special Instructions that are not specifically an
illness, injury or medication. This includes:
- Appliances, casts, splints, etc.
- Diets
- Work and School Release forms
- Procedure Consent forms
- Special Topic information forms
