Title Screen: Spanish Translations On/Off
SPANISH BUTTON
You can select the Spanish mode by left-clicking on the Spanish button located
on the Title Screen. When the button says Spanish On, any topic viewed or
printed will be in Spanish. Once an instruction has been printed in Spanish, the
toggle resets to the Spanish Off position.
SPANISH as DEFAULT LANGUAGE
The Spanish Permanently On feature will enable Spanish to be the default
language for printing the instructions. This is intended for locations where
Spanish is the predominant language.
The software is shipped with this feature turned OFF. To enable this feature,
turn on Manager Mode and select the File Menu. In the drop down menu, select
Settings. Under the General Tab place a check in the box in front of Spanish
Permanently On.
With the feature enabled, printing in English is possible by clicking to
toggle the Spanish OFF button on the Title Screen. After the current print session
is completed, the Spanish ON button will appear again.
