Setup Menu: Copy MD Lists
You may copy all names from the Attend MD List to the Referral List, and vice
versa. This is useful when the Referral and Attend MD lists are identical, and
avoids the need to re-enter data. It is also useful for copying lists between
User Groups (see User Groups).
This is accomplished with Manager Mode on by selecting "Setup Menu: Copy MD
Lists". Left-click on the down arrow of the "From" field and select the list to
copy from. Then left-click on the down arrow of the "To" field and select the
list to copy to.
Upgrading from DOS 3.0
When Upgrading from DOS 3.x to Windows, you can import your existing DOS
Referral MD List into the Windows version. With the Manager Mode on, select "File
Menu: Import V3 MD List". A dialog box will open asking you to locate the
directory in which this MD list exists. The typical location will be the C:\EW3
directory. Locate this in the right panel. The left panel shows the EW.EXE file
name – leave this as is. When importing a DOS MD list over existing names,
duplicates will not be added.
