Misc.: Format of the Printed Document

The three categories of instruction topics (Illness/Injury, Medication, Treatment) each have a consistent format which is maintained throughout the instruction set.

The three line header and the one line facility name in the footer are determined by your software license and cannot be changed by the user.

A three line footer is allowed at the bottom of the last printed page of the print set. Default wording is provided, but you can change this from the File Menu: Settings: Footer Tab.

The date and time printed are obtained from the computer clock. If this is not correct, use your Windows feature for changing date and time. (For Win95/98, double left-click on the time in the lower task bar.)

Signature Lines will appear at the last page of the document set if this feature has been turned on within the File Menu: Settings: Printing Tab.

Horizontal margins can be adjusted for each document within the Edit Screen.
