Signature Lines
This feature setting determines when signature lines will appear at the end of
each printed document.
With Special Advice – signature lines will appear only if there is an entry made in the Special
Advice field of the Custom Screen. This is the preferred setting if you
sometimes print in Generic format and sometimes print in Custom format.
Always – signature lines will appear with every printed document, regardless of
whether there is an entry made in the Special Advice field.
Never – signature lines will never appear.
Turn on Summary Page
The Summary Page feature will print a listing of all titles chosen for this
print session, along with all the information that appears on the Custom Screen.
This will print at the end of the document and is intended for a single page
summary of what the patient received, as an alternative to printing duplicate
copies for storage in the medical record.
Paper Saving Mode
In its default setting, Exit-Writer prints one topic per page. If you would
like to minimize the amount of paper you give patients, enable this feature and
the next topic will begin printing on the same page as the previous one without
a page break between each topic.
Vertical & Horizontal page adjustment
This is intended for margin adjustments when dot matrix printers are used.
