Fax: Adding Fax Numbers

To add fax numbers to existing Referral Doctors and clinics:

From the Title Menu, turn on Manager Mode.

Select Setup Menu| Referral List

Select the referral source to change.

Click on the Edit button

Insert the fax information as a 7 or 10 digit number, with or without dashes and spaces. Do not insert a 1 before area codes. This will be done automatically.

NOTE: If you live in an area where you must dial the area code when calling numbers within your same area code; and if you are not required to dial a "1" first, then enter a comma "," before the area code.

NOTE: If you must dial "9" or some other prefix to get an outside line, do not enter that number here. This is entered in the File Menu|Settings|Fax Tab screen.

Click on OK button.
