Edit Screen: Edit Menu: Select All

Selects all text in the current document for deleting, cut, copy or paste-over. Use this with caution. If you make a mistake and lose the text, "Exit" the document without saving changes (do not use the "OK" button which saves the edits), then re-open it and try again.
