Custom Screen: Edit Menu: Open List
When cursor is on a Blue Field (Attending MD or Referral), and you are in
Manager Mode, the Edit Menu offers this Open List option which will cause the
respective Attend MD or Referral List to open. This list can also be opened by
double left-clicking on that field.
