Auxiliary List: User Groups
You may implement User Groups when there is more than one workgroup on a
network. -- e.g.: OB, MED SURG, FAST-TRACK, ER could each be a workgroup. Each User
Group may have its own unique Attending and Referral MD list. When these
lists are similar but not identical, they may be copied between User Groups during
the setup procedure. See Copy MD Lists.
Add/Delete/Edit
You can create a new User Group as follows: Left-click on the Add button to
add a new name; or, select the name to modify and left-click on the Edit button.
Similarly, names can be deleted with the Delete button.
Selecting a User Group
Once you have created a new User Group, you select the User Group for a given
session of Exit-Writer from the File Menu | Settings | User Tab. Until a new
User Group name is created the default User Group is called "Default".
