buttons when in Manager Mode.

then hit {Enter}.
Inserting Phrases with Key Words
A Keyword is defined a unique word or short phrase that identifies a full
phrase in the Phrase List. You assign a keyword as you create the phrase with the
Edit command from the Phrase List Display in Manager Mode.
To insert a phrase using the Keyword from the Special Advice field, first
type the Keyword and then left-click on the Phrase List button. The cursor must
remain adjacent to or within, the keyword before clicking the Phrase List
button. Keywords are not case-sensitive.
If the keyword exists in the Phrase List, the entire phrase will replace the
keyword in the Special Advice field. If there is no match, the Phrase List will
open for you to select the phrase you want to add.
Add/Delete/Edit Phrase List
Turn on Manager Mode and click on the Phrase List from the Custom screen, or
select "Setup Menu: Phrase List".
The Exit-Writer program comes with some commonly used phrases as examples to start with. You
may modify or delete these by highlighting the desired phrase, and left-click
on the Edit or Delete button. To create a new phrase, left-click on the New
button.
